Además de q la experiencia de compra siempre es super buena, quería destacar los cambios y devoluciones. Cambiar algo en eme es una maravilla, has pedido el cambio y ya te ha llegado a tu casa antes incluso de que les hayas devuelto la otra prenda.

Beautiful pants

I was a little skeptical before ordering, given the existing reviews. But as I fell in love with the Argo Blush CB, I couldn't resist. I ordered Monday evening during Black Friday, a very busy period, and my package arrived Saturday morning. The item matches the photo and description perfectly; it's nice and seems to be of good quality.

Communication issue

I ordered 4 pants.
I kept one and requested a refund fur the other 3.
I somehow had to pick items to exchange the three pants I wanted to refund, I did that. Then one of thoso newly picked pants wasn’t availabr anymore… I was chatting with customer support and they offered me a full "money" refund for the 3 pants (thats what I wanted from the beginning but I was just too stupid to figure out how to di that.) I accepted. Now I dropped of the nit fitting 3 pants at a drop off location as I was supposed to. Today I read in an E-mail that was sent by Emestudios that the new pants I "wanted" are beeing sent to me and I didn’t get a miney refznd… So I guess the chatting with customer support didn’t get me anywhere! I didn’t get my money. I may get pants I do not want anymore and one of them is copletly out of stock so I can’t even get it…
